The survey of your needs begins in your home, or your business. Tell us your ideas and requirements and we will work with you to achieve the right solution. If you don’t know what you'd like to do, we can provide ideas to help you focus on the best approach. Make an appointment to visit us at our gallery, and we can help you determine your lighting preference.
 
Browse the selections provided by our manufacturers and call (630) 241-4566, e-mail info@lightingal.com or fax (630) 241- 4514. We can place your order and prepare for delivery and installation.
 
If we don’t have it, we can get it.
 
We can track your order and provide you with tracking information regarding your shipment.

We accept cash, check or PayPal.

 

Cancellation Policy


If an order must be cancelled, call us immediately at (630) 241-4566, followed up by an e-mail to info@lightingal.com stating the reason for the cancellation. If your order has already been processed, which can sometimes happen immediately after you place your order, you will be charged a 4% credit card transaction fee. This fee can sometimes be applied to a future order depending on the circumstances. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the terms outlined in our return policy. If your order is custom and has already entered the manufacturing process, it cannot be cancelled, nor can it be returned.

Return Policy


At Illumination Lighting Gallery, we want you to be 100% satisfied. We have many loyal customers and rely on our referral business. We will provide a refund or replacement within 14 days from receipt of shipment (exclusive of handling and shipping charges) less a 20% restocking charge. 

 

Commissioned or “made-to-order” items cannot be returned.
